The regional placement depends on the IP address of the computer that the player first registers on. Players are placed on a server when they first register for the game and they will always belong to that server if they do not switch manually. Redeemers are just treated like normal raids and you can use merc pots and gg's. Star Stable Online is divided into several different servers. It gets the new raids, but normally some mechanics are missing. Server doesnt have and characters past Delia either.
The community seems nice enough though but I did endup getting in some hot water over soloing raids (just people saying I was hacking because they thought you cant solo raids with the gear I had). Also something I noticed is that the player base is US and Korean but most of the time the Koreans stay away from the US players and just play between themselves. Scroll drop rates seem to be the same, same with essences (about 2% or so chance). Enhance rates are super stupid, Going from 9-10 is a 15% chance and going from 14-15 is a 1% chance. Wep doesnt boom but dura goes down and the dura pots are hard to get. They have a new enhance system that is tbh almost worst than original.
